Terms of Service

By using Willow, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

Willow analyses cricket batting video using computer vision and machine learning to identify shots and estimate biomechanics, generates AI coaching commentary, and lets you log training sessions and track patterns in your reflections over time. It is a training and reflection tool, not a professional coaching, medical, or mental-health service — see §7.

You must be at least 13 to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Anonymous sessions are tied to your device and can be lost if you clear browser storage without upgrading to a real account.

You agree not to:

• Upload video you don't have the right to share, or that depicts anyone without their consent.
• Use the App to upload illegal, abusive, or harmful content.
• Attempt to abuse, overload, or automate requests against our AI/ML endpoints beyond normal personal use.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the App's analysis or coaching output as your own product.
• Use team features to harass, bully, or demean anyone. Team names, descriptions, notes, and assignments must be appropriate; coaches must keep players' data confidential and use it only for coaching that team.
• Use the App in a way that violates any applicable law.

To report abusive content or behaviour, email willowappstore@gmail.com — we review reports and may remove content, teams, or accounts that violate these Terms. Players can leave any team at any time, which immediately ends the coach's access to their data.

You own the video, reflections, and other content you upload. By uploading it, you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the App's features to you (pose analysis, AI coaching, storage for playback). We don't use your content to train models beyond what's described in the Privacy Policy, and we don't claim ownership of it.

Shot predictions, biomechanical readings, coaching feedback, training plans, weekly reviews, and squad briefs are generated automatically and can be wrong, incomplete, or misleading. They describe patterns in the data you provide — they do not observe you directly. Don't rely on them as the sole basis for technique changes, team selection, or any decision about a player without applying your own judgment or a human coach's input.

Nothing in the App — including Mindset's mood tracking, pattern detection, or video recommendations — constitutes medical advice, mental health treatment, or professional sports coaching. It's a self-reflection and training-log tool. Seek a qualified professional for medical or mental health concerns.

Willow suggests drills, warm-ups, and training routines. Cricket and physical training carry inherent risk of injury. You choose whether and how to perform any suggested activity, and you do so at your own risk. Train in a safe environment with appropriate equipment, warm up properly, stop if something hurts, and consult a physician before starting a training program if you have any condition that could be affected by exercise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injuries or losses arising from physical activity you undertake in connection with the App's suggestions.

The App links to third-party content such as YouTube coaching videos. That content belongs to its creators, is governed by the third party's own terms, and isn't under our control — a link is not an endorsement, and we aren't responsible for it.

Willow Coach is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks the coaching tools: squad rosters, per-player history, assigned drills, session reports you can send to a player, and the AI squad brief. Everything else in Willow — shot analysis, the diary, stats, mindset — stays free.

Price and period. The subscription runs for one month and costs the price shown on the pricing screen in your local currency. The exact amount is confirmed by the App Store or Google Play before you buy.

Automatic renewal. It renews automatically for another month, at the same price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.

How to cancel. Manage or cancel in your device's subscription settings — on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, the Play Store → Payments and subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting your Willow account does not cancel the subscription, because Apple and Google run the billing, not us.

Refunds. Purchases made in the app are handled by the store, so refund requests go to Apple or Google under their policies. For a subscription bought on the web, email us and we will deal with it directly.

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are additionally governed by that store's in-app-purchase terms, which take precedence over anything written here for purchases made through iOS or Android.

You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy of AI predictions, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADP Collective is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, and our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the greater of USD 50 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We'll update the date at the top of this page when these Terms change.
