Delete your Willow account

Two ways — both are free and permanent:

1. In the app: open the Profile tab, scroll to Delete account, and confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.
2. By email: send a request to willowappstore@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We complete emailed requests within 30 days.

• Your account (email address, name, and sign-in credentials)
• Uploaded and recorded videos, and all analysis derived from them
• Session diary entries, reflections, mood tags, goals, and imported stats
• Team memberships, and any coach notes or drill assignments sent to you

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Content you posted into a team (for example a report you shared with a coach) is removed from that team as well.

Nothing tied to your identity is kept after deletion. Standard server logs held by our hosting providers (IP address, timestamps) expire automatically within 90 days. Records we are legally required to keep (for example abuse reports) are retained only as long as the law requires.

You can delete individual sessions, videos, reflections, and goals inside the app at any time — open the item and use its delete button. You can also email willowappstore@gmail.com to ask us to remove specific data while keeping your account.
